2023 年北京时间 2 月 6 日上午，第 65 届格莱美颁奖礼在美国举行。四大通项中，哈卷获年度专辑，Lizzo 年度制作，Bonnie Raitt 年度歌曲，Samara Joy 年度新人。此外，碧昂丝获最佳舞曲电子乐制作、最佳舞曲电子乐专辑、最佳传统 R&B 歌手、最佳 R&B 歌曲，成为有史以来获得最多格莱美奖的音乐人。阿黛尔凭借《Easy on Me》获最佳流行歌手，霉霉《All Too Well: The Short Film》获最佳音乐 MV，哈卷获最佳流行演唱专辑，Kendrick Lamar 最佳说唱歌手、最佳说唱歌曲、最佳说唱专辑。
