工作介绍

                • Accounts payable - Seek approval: enter supplier invoices and prepare for weekly payment

• Account receivable - Reconciliation for sales invoice as per contract & follow up on outstanding invoice

• General account- Bank Reconciliation, MYOB data entry transaction, assist with month end procedures and other accounts related job

• Admin- Answering calls/emails, filing and miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks

The requirements for the position are as follows:

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Excellent communicator – verbal and written.

• A positive ‘can do’ attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

• MS Office including EXCEL skills essential.

• MYOB Account Right experience is preferrable, but training provided
